Cloud storage makes it easy to store files, but managing them becomes more difficult as collections grow. Folders get crowded, files become harder to find, and users often spend time searching for something they know they have but can't locate.
That became the starting point for the project.
The goal was to explore these challenges and create a simpler file management experience that helps people organize, find, and access their files with less effort.
The Home screen brings the most important file actions and content into one place. Users can quickly upload files, create folders or notes, share content, and manage access. Recent files and personalized folders provide quick access to frequently used content, while the search section helps users find files even when they don't remember the exact name.
The All Files screen provides a clear overview of the entire file collection, with filters and sorting options that make browsing easier. The layout also includes a persistent details panel on the right, where users can view information such as file type, size, location, activity, and tags.
The multi-task layout allows users to scroll through the file list while reviewing file details at the same time, making it easier to browse and compare multiple files without opening them one by one.
